You’ve done it! Vendors have already been scheduled, decor is decided on, menu is picked, and you just need someone to drive all your hard work home. You might be thinking your family, friends, your mom, or even you (gasp!) will be able to handle the pandemonium of wedding day but realistically, those who you would most trust to make sure the big day goes off without a hitch are the same people who you want by your side to enjoy such a special occasion. 

We’ll meet you about a month prior to the big day to go over everything you’ve worked so hard to put together. We will collect contact information for all of your vendors, discuss wedding day timeline, guest count, expectations, and go over any décor you might have. We can also discuss anything that might be outstanding and assist in putting together any finishing touches to ensure the day is flawless.

In the days leading up to the wedding we will collect any day of items that need to be set up, confirm your vendors, and troubleshoot any last-minute changes. 

On the wedding day, we are there beginning to end. We will set up the venue(s), coordinate vendors, and be by your side beginning to end making sure everything from your walk down the aisle to your last dance is extraordinary.
